Oxygen Analyzer Operating Instructions
l On/Off
Connected with the battery, the oxygen analyzer is default to the shut down state, and in this state keep pressing "
" Button for 3 seconds and then the analyzer will enter to power-on state. Turn off the analyzer by pressing" " Button in power-on state. If the analyzer is in non-operation condition for 3 minutes, it will automatically shut down.
l Model Switch
When the oxygen analyzer switches on, the default display is purity measurement interface, press “M” Mode button which can be toggled circulation among the concentration measurement, flowrate measurement and pressure measurement modes.
l Oxygen Purity Measurement
Tum on the device, Switch to the purity measurement mode,connect the gas sample tubing the purity sample inlet, allow the oxygen reading to stabilize for approximately for 10 seconds before reading the oxygen purity.
l Oxygen Flow Measurement
Tum on the device, Switch to the flow measurement mode, connect the gas sample tubing to the flow sample inlet, allow the oxygen reading to stabilize for approximately for 10 seconds before reading the oxygen flow.
l Oxygen Pressure Measurement
Tum on the device, Switch to the flow measurement mode, connect the gas sample tubing to the pressure sample inlet, allow the oxygen reading to stabilize for approximately for 10 seconds before reading the oxygen pressure.
