1. The machine should be placed in a well-ventilated place with hard floors, tiles, etc. There should be no soft cloth or soft plastic at the bottom of the machine. The distance between the machine and the wall or furniture should be at least 30cm. (Make sure the air intake and exhaust of the machine are smooth, otherwise the machine will cause temperature alarm or concentration alarm, etc.).

2. Do not use the oxygen concentrator near smoking or dusty areas. Smoke and dust will be sucked into the machine by the compressor.

The use and maintenance of humidification bottles

(Recently, we have received several feedbacks that the tube inside the humidification bottle is blocked)

It is best to use distilled water or purified water in the humidification bottle, and it is best to change it every three days or so. If there is scale in the oxygen outlet pipe in the bottle, it is best to soak it with white vinegar and warm water at a ratio of 1:3 for about 2 hours, which can disinfect and clean the scale. If it is not cleaned for a long time, the oxygen outlet pipe in the humidification bottle will be blocked. After starting up, the flow meter cannot be adjusted, there will be no bubbling and no oxygen. If it is not used for a long time, it is best to pour out the water in the bottle and dry it. 

Maintenance of filter cotton and HEPA filter

Air intake filter cotton (primary cotton) should be washed and dried frequently before use. Under normal circumstances, the high-efficiency filter (HEPA Filter) should be replaced every 1500 hours. The machine will have a replacement reminder at 1500 hours or its multiples. At this time, after we have replaced the high-efficiency filter at the back, press the Enter mute key (below the M key). Note: HEPA Filter cannot be reused. The old filter should be thrown away.
