1. Eustachian tube obstruction/cold/cold/rhinitis/nasal polyps, etc.

  Untreated multiple rib fractures Open chest wall trauma

2. Untreated pneumothorax/pneumomediastinum/pulmonary bullae

  Severe emphysema/bronchiectasis/severe lung infection

3. Patients with cavitary tuberculosis and coughing up blood/extreme exhaustion Bradycardia/Sinus Syndrome

4. Active internal bleeding and bleeding disorders

  Otitis media/severe sinusitis/heart disease

5. High fever/hypertension/schizophrenia/epilepsy/pregnancy

  Patients with infectious diseases and severe illness/retinal detachment
